Are there new crypto coins?
As far as is known now, a corresponding crypto coin is issued for the first two hard forks. To bring this into circulation, the people with Ethereum in their personal portfolio receive these new coins. The ratio is as follows: for each Ethereum you get 3 ETCV ( Ethereum Classic Vision Coin) and – if you still have Ethereum (ETH) – 1 ETN (Ethereum Nowa). For the last hard fork no new crypto coins are circulated, as far as we know now.

What do the cryptoburses do with these hard forks?
As mentioned, the people who keep Ethereum in their personal wallets (Metamask, Ledger Nano S , Trezor, Myetherwallet, Imtoken, Guarda) get the new crypto coins. Whether the users who use their cryptocurrency wallet also receive the new coins is up to the policy of the various cryptocurrences.
